The program is seeking a SWE3 to collaborate with a Government customer to migrate operational mission capabilities from on-premises hardware to AWS Cloud compute infrastructure. The candidate must have demonstrable experience assisting in the implementation and support of large-scale cloud systems and services on AWS, from application rehosting to Cloud Native re-architecting. Core technologies and experience include microservices, containers, Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), and DevOps practices. AWS Solutions Architect certification preferred but not required for an experienced candidate. Specific skills required are:
• Experience with the USAIC AWS Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure
• Ability to collaboration with multiple stakeholders on the planning, architecture, design, and implementation of AWS well-architected solutions
• Collaborated with external stakeholders on System Security Plans (SSP), accreditation, and cot optimization
• Knowledge and experience with AWS managed services, Cloud frameworks, and technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Istio, Terraform, GitLab)
