TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI WITH THE  ABILITY TO OBTAIN A CI POLYGRAPH SECURITY CLEARANCE (U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED)

​​​​​​Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for software applications, with a focus on Java applications
• Identify and report defects and issues, and work with development teams to resolve them
• Design and implement automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium or JMeter
• Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that testing is integrated into the development process
• Perform production testing, including monitoring and testing of NiFi in production running on CentOS (Linux) VMs
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software testing, and recommend improvements to the organization's testing practices

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
• Experience developing and executing test plans and test cases for Java applications
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or JMeter
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users and stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with production testing, including monitoring and testing of applications in production environments
• Familiarity with CentOS (Linux) VMs
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or DevOps

Desired Skills:

• Experience with NiFi or other data flow management tools
• Experience with performance testing and load testing
• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure

Years of Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software testing, with experience testing Java applications. Experience with production testing and automated testing tools is also preferred.

Desired Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
