TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI W/ FULL SCOPE POLYGRAPH SECURITY CLEARANCE (U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED)

- Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all the client/server/network devices.
- Manages IT system infrastructure, configuration, operation, and any processes related to the IT systems.
- Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, and diagnosis.
- Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Windows 11: ability to troubleshoot various hardware issues
- Linux: experience with Ubuntu and Fedora
- Networking: experience with Juniper
- Windows Server: manage roles including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory including Group Policy, Remote Desktop Services, and Hyper-V
- Experience with Powershell scripting

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Cisco and Dell networking systems
- Ability to upgrade code on Cisco and Juniper switches
- Strong Windows and Linux troubleshooting skills with hardware and software issues
- HP Device Manager (understanding of RMM tools would be sufficient)
- Experience with Splunk, Zabbix, Syslog-ng


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Shall have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
​​​​​​Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

EDUCATION:

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in technical discipline is required

Compensation: We are committed to providing fair and competitive compensation. The salary range for this position is $78,000 to $250,000 per year. This range reflects the compensation offered across the locations where we hire. The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate's work location, specific role, skill set, and level of expertise.
