System Administrator - Desktop Support
•Configure, manage and troubleshoot Windows and Linux operating systems.  Installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoot and maintain integrity and configure network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance. 
•Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. 
•Manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. 
•Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. 
•Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and will remain involved in the resolution process. 
•Optimize system operations and resource utilization and perform system capacity analysis and planning. 
•Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware, applications and software integration.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Shall have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:


Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree

EDUCATION:

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in technical discipline is required

Compensation: We are committed to providing fair and competitive compensation. The salary range for this position is $78,000 to $250,000 per year. This range reflects the compensation offered across the locations where we hire. The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate's work location, specific role, skill set, and level of expertise.
