TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI W/ FULL SCOPE POLYGRAPH SECURITY CLEARANCE (U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED)
JIRA, SNOW, and Nlyte (if possible)
● Manage hardware-related ServiceNow (SNOW), NLYTE, and JIRA tickets and provide regular updates to the customer
● Plan all phases of hardware projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and maturing technical performance parameters
● Perform engineering reviews of deployment packages submitted by customers to identify and resolve inconsistencies
● Work closely with the systems engineering team to develop and validate hardware drawing packages
● Complete documentation to obtain approvals for shipping equipment to pre-staging areas and keep stakeholders informed (e.g., MDATs, TOEs)
● Perform immediate changes, maintenance, sustainment, and replacement of failed hardware (Break/Fix support)
● Organize and lead hardware installations across multiple operational sites
REQUIRED:
Shall have a minimum of fourteen (14) years’ experience as a HE is analyzing complex hardware systems for SIGNIT solutions.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Five (5) years of additional hardware engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
EDUCATION:
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in communications engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering, information systems, mathematics, or related discipline.
Compensation: We are committed to providing fair and competitive compensation. The salary range for this position is $78,000 to $250,000 per year. This range reflects the compensation offered across the locations where we hire. The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate's work location, specific role, skill set, and level of expertise.
