Senior Business Analyst

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST CURRENTLY HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI WITH POLYGRAPH SECURITY CLEARANCE WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. (U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED).

What you’ll do:

  • Perform requirements analysis and documentation activities such as: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process observation; Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications; Create comprehensive documentation including user stories, use cases, process flows, and system requirements; and Maintain requirements traceability throughout project lifecycles
  • Conduct Process Analysis and Improvement Activities such as: Conduct gap analysis between current state and desired future state; Develop process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures; etc.
  • Engage in Stakeholder Management Activities such as: Collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, and other key stakeholders, etc.
  • Perform Systems Analysis & Testing activities such as: Analyze system functionality and performance to ensure alignment with business requirements
  • Conduct Data Analysis & Reporting Activities such as: Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent experience in leu of degree
  • Active TS/SCI + Poly clearance
  • Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process observation.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Strong background in creating documentation such as user stories, use cases, process flows, and system requirements, with the ability to maintain requirements traceability throughout project lifecycles.
  • Experience conducting gap analyses to identify differences between current state and desired future state.
  • Proficiency in developing process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, including collaboration with business users, project managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Hands-on experience analyzing system functionality and performance to validate alignment with business requirements, including participation in system testing and validation activities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, including creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.

Compensation:
We are committed to providing fair and competitive compensation. The salary range for this position is $78,000 to $250,000 per year. This range reflects the compensation offered across the locations where we hire. The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate's work location, specific role, skill set, and level of expertise.
