TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI with Polygraph SECURITY CLEARANCE (U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED).

The Work:
Leading a development team of 15-20 FTE’s focused on storing and managing system SSR data using a microservices-based architecture and cutting-edge technologies. Responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing complex solutions utilizing AWS native technologies
• Ensuring the development team stays on schedule and is able to meet programmatic milestones
• Represents the team at customer meetings, TEMs and contributes to the team agile planning ceremonies
• Building REST services with Spring able to filter and select complex data objects
• Utilize Python to optimize AWS services such as Lambdas, Step Functions, EC2 and S3
• Implement CI/CD principals utilizing Maven, Gitlab and GitOps
• Agile development and delivery of software
• Communication and collaboration: Software Development is a team-oriented discipline. Engineers need to be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members, as well as with stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
- 15 years of relevant experience Master’s degree plus 13 years of relevant experience. An Associate’s degree plus 17 years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 19 years of experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position.

Required skills:
- Java, Spring boot or python
- Microservice architectures
- CI/CD Tools: AWS tools, Maven, , Gitlab & GitOps; Kubernetes, docker, Ansible
- Database : NoSQL / MongoDB / DynamoDB Query and Schema Design
- OAuth/OIDC Implementation experience
- Test frameworks and automation to include Cyprus and Cucumber
- Previous team leadership experience is desired but not required.
- Knowledge of UTT or targeting is desired

Compensation: We are committed to providing fair and competitive compensation. The salary range for this position is $78,000 to $250,000 per year. This range reflects the compensation offered across the locations where we hire. The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate's work location, specific role, skill set, and level of expertise.
