Linux System Admin (SA2)

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI WITH POLYGRAPH SECURITY CLEARANCE (U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge with Linux
  • Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
  • Aid users in accessing and using IT systems
  • Configure Cisco / Palo Alto Switches Firewalls
  • Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices
  • STE/STN Compliance
  • TS/SCI WITH POLYGRAPH + PRIVAC Eligible
  • 10 years experience as SA + Bachelors Degree in technical discipline (5 years experience can be substituted for degree)
  • CWIP Cert: IAT Level 2
PREFERRED:
  • Redhat Certified Engineer (RedHat Enterprise Linux installation (RHEL): expert level installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting)
  • Knowledgeable with virtual machines
  • Setting up IPSEC Tunnels/VPN Tunneling
  • Knows Ansible (Playbooks)
  • Knowledgeable with Scripting (Bash/Other)
  • Automation
  • Cabling, Documentation, Rack & Stack
  • IAVA Patching
  • Familiar with Containerization (Dockers / Kubernetes)


Compensation: We are committed to providing fair and competitive compensation. The salary range for this position is $78,000 to $250,000 per year. This range reflects the compensation offered across the locations where we hire. The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate's work location, specific role, skill set, and level of expertise.
